For the purpose of this policy, domicile is defined as a person’s fixed, permanent, principal home for legal purposes. Services are also available for paid subscribers residing in the unincorporated portions of Chatham County as outlined in detail below. Materials accepted from City residents include garbage, household recyclables, yard trash, and excess household dry trash.
