Dear Arwood Waste Team, I want to send you all a quick reminder to the previous Save the Date – tomorrow morning at 10am we will reveal the Built to Honor home to The Veros Family! The ceremony will only take about 30 minutes and we are asking everyone to show up between 9:30-9:45am as we are going to line the street leading to the home with small American flags (we will hand out when you arrive). Once the family arrives there will be a short intro, a patriotic song will be performed by a resident from Del Webb Ponte Vedra, Josh Franklin will say a prayer to bless the home and the keys will be presented to the family. We are planning to allow the family to enter by themselves and take it all in as it will likely be overwhelming for them – they have not seen the house in a little over a month and a lot has changed since the last time we had them out. Once they have a had a chance to do that we are going to open the home up for everyone to walk through and see the final, decorated product. I don’t want this to go unsaid…I just got back from the home and it looks amazing! Each of your teams has done an amazing job on this build so I am hoping that your staff, both field and office, can stop by in the morning to see the really cool side of what we do each day…build dreams. I know it sounds cliché but if you are fortunate enough to be present tomorrow you will know what I mean when you leave. It’s good for the heart & mind as we tend to get caught up in our day to day and rarely get an opportunity to truly appreciate how the work we each do impacts people. Tomorrow morning in Las Calinas that will be on full display. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! Dan Reynolds
